Choose some of the most important and relevant items from the lists.  You will not have time to say everything on your list, so prioritize.   Emphasize  the things about your partner and your life together that mean the most to you. 

Consider, in the future what would you wish that you had said in your vows.  Put those things in now. 

Remember your guests.  Keep your overall ceremony less than half an hour.   The longer the ceremony, the more it will require a variety of activities.  For example, music, special readings, and add on ceremonies appropriately increase the length of the ceremony, but do not usually create anxiety.  A single monotone speech lasting over a few minutes, may however create a problem.
